Once the order has been placed, our delivery team gets in touch with you within 2 hours and confirms the order and the address for delivery. We deliver products through out the week from 9 am to 8 pm as per the customer’s request.

Once the product has been ordered, its super hard to resist the waiting time. Hence we make sure that your order is delivered to you within a few days. All portable products are delivered within 48 hours and massage chairs can take up to maximum 5 days. .
WHO DELIVERES MY ORDER
In 90% of the cases we deliver the products in our own delivery vehicles using our own employees and yes all of this is free. No shipping fees what so ever. Only 10% cases we use a 3rd party shipping company.

DOES MY CHAIR GET DELIVERED IN 1 SINGLE BOX
Some massage chairs are delivered in separate boxes and are assembled on the site by our technicians. You just need to tell the agents where would you like to get the chair assembled and placed and rest will be done by us. All you need to do is just sit back and relax. If desired, you will receive a brief demo of the use of the massage chair during the assembly.
